I recently purchased a vehicle from Sport Center Imports, and my experience with Fred was excellent from start to finish.Like many buyers, I was a little hesitant about purchasing from a dealership. Fred quickly put those concerns to rest. He was straightforward, respectful, and easy to work with throughout the process.I appreciated that their pricing was transparent and fair. While they don't negotiate prices, the vehicle was competitively priced, and there were no surprises when it came to fees or paperwork.One thing that really stood out to me was Fred's attitude toward a pre-purchase inspection. Not only was he completely supportive of having the vehicle independently inspected, but when the inspection identified a couple of minor items, he immediately took steps to address them. That gave me confidence that he stands behind the vehicles he sells and genuinely wants customers to be satisfied with their purchase.As a woman shopping for a vehicle on my own, I also appreciated that Fred never talked down to me, made assumptions about my knowledge, or tried to overwhelm me with jargon. He answered my questions directly and treated me with respect throughout the entire process.Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but this was one of the most positive car-buying experiences I've had. When it's time for another vehicle, Sport Center Imports will be one of my first stops.

I recently bought a used 2021 Toyota Camry from Sports Center Imports and had an amazing experience thanks to Fred! He went above and beyond to make sure I got approved and taken care of. I had issues with two different sets of wheels not matching, and he made it right by getting me a brand new matching set. He was professional, patient, and truly cared about making sure I left happy. I purchased my 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe Z71 (black) from Mr. Ben in 2009 when it had roughly 90,000 miles on its odometer. It now has over 400,000 and is easily the best purchase anyone throughout the span of humanity's existence has made.I can't recommend Mr. Ben highly enough.
